Strategy Should Fit on One Slide

Most brand strategies fail quietly.

Not because they’re wrong, but because they’re too complicated to use.

A real strategy works as a filter.
It helps teams make decisions faster, not explain decisions later.

If your strategy can’t fit on one slide, it usually means one of three things:
• The audience isn’t clearly defined
• The problem hasn’t been prioritized
• The tradeoffs haven’t been made

That single slide should answer four questions:
Who is this for?
What problem are we solving?
What are we not doing?
How does this support the business goal?

Anything beyond that is context, not strategy.

If leadership needs a walkthrough, clarity is missing.
